I helped redesign a Japanese restaurant website in New Zealand. The original site wasn’t responsive, which made it hard for users to access important information like the operating hours.

In 2021
As a Web Designer in the E-commerce team, I created and updated content for online sales channels like Rakuten,
planned feature pages, coded, tested, and analysed user data to support sales strategies.
Plus, I was responsible for launching a YouTube channel, handling everything from content planning and video production to editing, uploading, and managing analytics and audience engagement.
2022
In mid-August, I embarked on a journey to New Zealand under a working holiday visa.
During the first half of my stay, I worked as a housekeeping attendant at a hotel in Wellington, gaining valuable experience in hospitality.
2023
In the latter half of my stay in New Zealand, I channeled my skills into creating a restaurant website as a freelance project during my spare time while working full-time as a restaurant manager, combining my passion for design with practical application.
2024
After a month-long journey and two months in Malaysia honing my English skills, I returned to Japan at the beginning of January. In a couple of months, I secured a remote role as a Travel Consultant, where I managed communications with tour agencies worldwide. My primary responsibility was to liaise with tour agencies worldwide to confirm new booking requests, including many last-minute reservations made by customers.
